Our Services
Anonymous Media provides professional video production and content services, including but not limited to corporate and brand video, event and conference coverage, podcast production, interviews, and short-form social content. Descriptions on our site are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, estimate, or agreement.
Inquiries & Communications
When you submit a form, you consent to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, email, and text message and, where you have consented, by automated and AI-assisted means. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and of calls on request.
Quotes, Payment & Deposits
- Quotes and estimates are valid for the period stated and may change based on final scope.
- A deposit may be required to reserve a production date. Deposits secure our team and equipment and may be non-refundable as specified in your proposal.
- Final payment terms, milestones, and any late fees are set out in your proposal or agreement.
Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation
Production dates are reserved upon booking. Rescheduling or cancellation terms (including any notice periods and fees) are described in your proposal. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Anonymous Media retains ownership of raw footage and project files, and grants the client a license to use the final delivered content for the purposes described in the proposal. We may display delivered work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing necessary access, approvals, locations, permits, and any required releases for individuals or property appearing in your content, and for ensuring the accuracy of materials you provide to us.
No Guarantee of Results
While we produce content designed to perform, we do not guarantee any specific marketing, engagement, reach, or business outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anonymous Media’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Anonymous Media harmless from claims arising out of content or materials you provide, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
